i wanna start exercising but i dont know where to start.i

dont know whether to weight lift,or do some running,I need a strong consistent exercise program.I have the basic equipment at home,im trying to lose weight so any ideas?

Weight lifting builds muscles. If you’re only interested in losing weight you should do aerobics. Begin with “low impact” for one hour, three times a week.
