Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
How about swimming?
no high fructose corn syrup right - thats stuff is bad bad bad - what about brisk walks? they are better for your knees anyway - oh yeah swimming is a great one!!! any other diet choises you can make?
If there are any thigh/quad workouts that you can do, i would suggest those. It makes it sort of hard with your problems otherwise i would of suggested running and weightlifting or something.
I can weight lift but im limited to the weights I can do. do you know If nutrisystem is legit?
Pilates have a lot of awsome excercise DVDs. I think you buy them seperately on ebay for a reasonable price. They have one specially designed for pregnancy. I know that doesn’t apply to you, but I was thinking those excercises would probably be gentle enough for you.
do as much weightlifting as possible then.
i lift monday-friday for an hour
biceps-monday
triceps-tuesday
chest-wednesday
back-thursday
shoulders-friday
its slimmed my stomach a little and made by other stuff look bigger, so that my stomach doesn’t seem as large
Im a dude injured from football and out for the whole season and cant do barely anything that is a good exercise
well i had a back problem and did physical therapy for a while, so i would just do those stretches and stuff everyday, then i guess on back days you could either skip it or use really low weights

nutrisystem is legit, all it is is a system that regulates your diet. So why pay them to do that when you can do it your self. Get a book on dieting and construct meals that fit your required celery intake and nutritional factors.
The problem with nutrisystem is that it makes dieting to easy; the person doesn’t learn about their body and what they need to keep it trim. So you are eather going to go back to your old weight because you didn’t learn to eat right or will have to let nutrisystem fix your diet for the rest of your life
i don’t really remember the names of them and stuff, but i remember how to do them. But i can get the names and send them to you on here tomorrow, if you would like.
Weight watchers is a much better program, if you get into a good suport group they will teach you the things you need to know about nutrition, and help ‘you’ construct your diet. So the knowlage you receave from the program can be used well after you end the program.
Eat healthier.
More veggies and fruit, especially for snacks. Just remember when eating things like meats, butter, salt, etc — portion control. Also, don’t let your body go to where it feels as though it’s “starving”, this can actually make you gain weight.
Limit yourself on sweets.
You might even want to keep a food journal. I’m adding some links I think might help you.

I advise *AGAINST* going on any Weight Watchers, Slim4Life, Jenny Craig, etc.
Honestly, they are all BS. My aunt is on Slim4Life right now and the way they’re “helping” her lose weight is basically by starving her and making her buy things she doesn’t need. She is limited on so much. She’s always hungry and she’s basically wasiting money.
You can lose weight by just eating healthier. You don’t have to spend bogus amounts of money on some “plan”.

You’re welcome. :)
And here I know quite a few people who use Weight Watchers; have lost the weight they wanted and have kept it off.
Of course you can do it on your own and pay nothing; but the point is having a teacher to show you how.

I’m not saying Weight Watchers doesn’t work ..Out of all the weight loss programs they have going on, personally, I think it’s the best — because you *can* go out to eat, you *can* have sweets. They even have Weight Watchers snack packs and tv-dinner type of things. So, It’s not horrible ..but I do think it’s a waste of money.
It’s just as easy to read up on things instead of spending hundreds or thousands of dollars for people to “help” you.
Also, a long time ago I saw this thing on tv about the lies of diet programs such as Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc and they do intentionally do things to make you purchase things you don’t need — such as vitamins, shakes, pills, etc. They find your weak spots and hurt you by that, make you feel guilty and then you feel as though you have to purchase other things in order to “help” yourself.
Example:
Them: “You said that you don’t feel like your husband/wife is attracted to you anymore” ..”Do you feel like he/she’d be more attracted to you if you lost weight?”
You: “Yes, I’m sure of it ..I think my self confidence would go up.”
Them: “Great! And with these vitamins and shakes, it will help you lose the weight twice as fast.”
It’s sad, but true.

That I would agree with.
Some people however need to have their hand held some times; they need the push and can’t simply pick up a book on their own.

Just don’t overwork it, assuming your back will recover?
Don’t all of a sudden go out & do an intense workout if your not used to it
Start off simple then build it up, you don’t want to make your injury worse by overdoing it, it takes time.
More water, fruit & veg.. Less carbs & fatty foods
Good Luck
