I cant seem to get medical insurance!

I have a Prolactinoma, brain tumor which needs to be monitored, possible surgery, meds, etc. I have been having seizures and lost my job in July when all this started. Now, vehicle repoed as to not being able to work. Husband works full time but it isn’t enough to pay the bills. Thinking of bankruptcy, but that will just prolong the problem. I need to get medical insurance, no one seems to want to insure due to “pre-exisiting condition”. Medicaid says we make “too much” when their income limit is $934 a MONTH! How does someone survive on that? And what am I to do??? I have a husband and 2 small children. Not sure what is going to happen to me but I am about ready to just give up! I am sick of it all and want to have my normal life back….. PLEASE HELP!

You need to keep strong right now for your health more than anything. I have cavernous Hemangeomas, B9 brain Tumors but I all I can do is offer you someone to talk to as over here in the UK I can get treated on the NHS. I hope that someone can get some advise, I know travel insurance wise I have to use companies that cover pre existing medical conditions, do you have any of these companies where you are?

Oh I wish I had more advise I will invite people to your post and like I said before if you need to chat I am here I have been dealing with the effects of brain Tumors since I was 15 so I have a friendly ear if you ever need it.

Divorce you husband on paper so that you will qualify for the Medicare. Then look into the bankruptcy so that you can start with a clean slate.
