i have to go to the dentist today! :(

i have a bad experience with dentists. idk why

i have to get 3 cavaties fixed or whatever, and i think its gonna hurt alooooooooooooot, im friggen scared! i dont like pain! any advice? i do the usual, i ask them to tell me what their doing, and i listen to my ipod and hold my moms hand (stfu, i dont care if im 15) but im still scared. D:
