I need help.

I am a paranoid schizophreniac. I am medicated. I cannot cope still. Does anyone know anything/ i’ve looked up everything. I’ve read every article. I need help coping. I can’t go to family I have none. I only have my bf who is already overwhelmed.

It sux doesn’t it.

Maybe you’ve gotten Too Much into your probelms. sometimes dwelling on them as a way of gaining soem form of self identity as a struggler.

When i was overcome with depression i needed to get out of the relationship I was in, because that was the probelm - but i thought the probelm was my job.9 job was bad too but not the real problem.

when my depression got so bad that my pertner ended the relationship things picked up. I was devestated at first and though ‘this is the final” straw. But slowly i was able to deal with my depression on my terms without needed to please my partner as well. it was good not to have someone i was letting down. I stopped taking advice and sweating about how bad I was doing.

i’ve found that when my idiot brain goes astray it is best to be alone. but maybe that’s just me. also here is good aussie website depnet.com.au
