Yes it does come in pill form. I take one a day after meals along with a multi vitamin. Check your local pharmacy or even walmart sells this. Hope this helps you :)

For some people this supplement works, for others it does not. It would be suggested that you follow the dosage as it is labeled and then to step up your dosage as you progress. I believe that ****. John is an accumulative herb? Go to a health food store, or a vitamin shop. I go to the Vitamin Shoppe, the prices are good, as well as concentration and dosage. In some cases you can take the pills twice a day, do to dosage, some pills are not formulated for slow release, and so—don’t work as well.

I’ve taken 5-HTP for a mood stabilizer.

I picked up some Saint John’s Wort earlier, in a pill form. I’ll go back on it to see if it makes a difference (I can hope). I got it from Wal-Mart, not my first choice, but I’m not too familiar with my current surroundings (suburbia–midwest US).

I hope it works for you. I get mine there and no problem. The health food stores would be better, but is of course more expensive. Good luck :)
