Im a firm believer that parents should start educating their children about the birds and the bees, from about the age of 12 or when the their period starts.(age appropriate) this I think could stop a lot of unwanted pregnancies. Just tell her like it is hon, you know the cycle, tell her it will come monthly, how to protect herself, the personal hygiene etc.. Im not sure what you asking, you just tell her exactly what happens, and why :-)

i personally let my girls know since they could talk…. actually, they would follow me like lost puppies and they knew that i used “pee pee things” (hahahaha)… and they would ask… and i explained it to them… so they knew… i figured i didnt want them to freak out about it and i wanted them to know that they had to look forward to it one day…

my oldest daughter was actually 9 years old when she got hers… at her fathers house… so im very thankful that she did know about it because she never told her father and waited until she got home to talk to me about it..
