I did 8/17 tasks for the day. (The tasks are small, like do the dishes - which I haven’t done.) But I will still be able to do more. It is only 8:00pm here.

I really took the advice given to me yesterday and I tried to start getting myself organized this morning. I now have a book where I will keep track of the tasks for each day and how many I get done so I can see if there is improvement. I think that will help.

Hi all. I got 10/17 tasks done yesterday which is 59%. I think that’s not too bad for a first day. Today I will attempt to ‘improve my score’. I think this way at least I can keep track of how I’m doing and look back to see what I’ve done and to see if I’m getting more diligent and efficient.

My first goal is to write daily. With that in mind, I reach for my second goal, which is to maneuver the cursor successfully over the X in the upper right of my monitor and to click the mouse. I’m trying the second goal first. If I don’t reply to my next shout or make anymore replies for awhile, then I accomplished my second goal and will move on to the first. Here goes..

Hi Warren, I think your looking too far ahead buddy. I tend to do this too. Looking at the end result or the big picture can be overwhelming to keep us stuck where we are. Once you take the classes you may change your mind or another avenue may open up where you wont want to join the military , One step at a time.

Yesterday was the worst day ever! I only got 25% of what I wanted to do done.

I felt super sick, yesterday so I marked that in the little book I’m keeping (as an explanation note for when I look back on things/or as an excuse…). I went to bed at like 8:30 yesterday I felt so sick. I’m pregnant and I was really freaked out that something was wrong with the baby. But today I feel better.

I hope today will be a better day.

Nope. I have to be very careful because I lost my last baby (a miscarriage) and with my first child they had to take her out 6 weeks early because I was very sick. I don’t seem to do very well pregnant. When I went swimming and did laps I started bleeding. When I went for a walk with my family my feet got swollen. The swelling was the problem with my first pregnancy, as I got eclampsia and had a seizure because my brain tissue was swollen.

I have a fear of making phone calls. I heard a psychologist say that you need to make 30 calls each day for a month, to get over it.

Course I never did that. I’d rather just live in fear. :)

You never know. Just plead your case and perhaps they will let you off easier.

A friend of mine did her taxes wrong for 3 years, got audited and she would have owed thousands of dollars but they let her off the hook. Just told her to do it properly the next time!
