DIET

Basically, I’m trying to cut back on calories. Any tips on how to avoid snacking between meals? Are there any good tricks on how to not crave things? I’m thinking maybe just fill up on water, to make your body feel full? Let me know guys….

I see you have no answers. Have you found your way to lose weight. I know that using cookie diet (i.e. SmartForLife a href=http://www.smartforlife.com>cookie diet /a> helps to lose weight.
