I have an infection in my tooth, and I am taking pennecilin and Ibuprofen, but I am getting really bad stomach aches.

Can someone tell me what the problem is please?

my thought is that I am getting the stomach aches from swallowing the drainage
from the infection

Sorry, I didn’t mean for it to sound like take your medicine while you eat. :P

I’m on some type of antibiotics right now for an ear infection. The first two days I took them they upset my stomach really, really bad.

How long have you been taking the Penicillin?

antibiotics can just do that to people. certain types give me really upset stomachs. just make sure you take them with a big galss of water, and eat at least a half hour before you take them. and dont take them together, try spacing it out so the different types are at different times.
