i need to find a way to loose 15 lbs in almost 7 days…

ive tried everything to diet and my body isnt agreeing and ive tried to get my heart rate up and i just dont see any difference in myself and i have standards i have to meet and dont know what to do.

losing that amount of weight that fast will mean you are either a) a idiot (because you are already thin, and it will most likely kill or make you very ill)

or b) you are BIG, in which case this will mean your skin will hang off your bones, because it hasn’t had the time it needs to shrink as the fat drops off you, so you will look horrible!

take your time, correct your diet, do exercise - and do it properly - crash-dieting is just not sensible…

Crash dieting is unhealthy and dangerous—plus, starving yourself, which is what you’d probably end up doing, causes the body to freak, so after that 7 days, you’ll start getting fatter, as the body’s response to being starved is to turn everything to fat.
