I’m curious, Anonymous… do your classmates realize that ’shrooms are about the safest drug out there behind marijuana and LSD? Because to call it one of the most dangerous is laughable.

oh opps, i missed th part about besides cocaine. i’ve vote for meth maybe. heroine is pretty bad too, but i’m not so sure. my boyfriend was physically addicted to that for a while but managed to quit it with suboxone after a week. i guess that’s modern medicine for you.

I tried coke once. Stupid thing to do, but I tried it. It’s a good feeling, but it’s also very addictive, costs a lot, and only lasts about 30 minutes.
As far as negative effects, it doesn’t mess with you too badly. I’d say it’s a crappy drug, but not the worst one out there.
I’m leaning towards meth.
I say herion or LSD. LSD can stay in your system forever and can strike you years after you’ve taken it, maybe even behind a wheel of a car. you could cause a crash and die that way.
Herion can cause horrible deaths if overdosed and can help spread diseases such as HIV by sharing needles. Its so easy to overdose as dealers but lots of rubbish such as flour, rat poison and perhaps even other drugs to bulk it out. You never know the quality you buy and you gradually need more and more. then you get some good pure stuff and you put the normal amount you use and overdose. you die slowly and painfully.
Meth is dangerous but it doesn’t match herion or LSD! two classmates of mine died from these. do not underestimate them.
They all sound bl**dy terrible. I dunno how any of this stuff manages to get labelled as “cool”.
yeah, i don’t understand it either. but sometimes it’s not even because it’s cool. some people do it because it’s more “why not?” and then they can open themselves up to addiction.

LSD leaves your system in about 24 hours. That myth came from the fact that some people who take it heavily can have flashbacks to the experience. Of course, it’s so weak that anyone who’s felt the effect knows it’s not uncontrollable. It’s just like, you’ll be watching a sunset and go, “Whoa… that was COOL!” And if you’re in a car, like I said, it’s not like you can’t control yourself while on acid. It doesn’t make you insane, it just changes the way you perceive things.

Drug dealers are doing it to make money, not to harm society, regardless of what police and the government will tell you. I’m just saying thats what happened to students in our university. :) also the dealer got prosecuted for supplying it and it was found he had put poisons in it. That one is from experience and what we were taught in high school.

Smack is pretty much always cut. It can easily be cut with icing sugar, but the cut then becomes sweet, something that the buyer will notice. Alternatives that have a more neutral taste include some washing powders.

Cutting is different. That’s done to make the product heavier, and thus more expensive that it actually is. However, the only thing I’ve ever heard of anyone using is baking soda or baking powder.

cutting can be done with anything. Dealers may care about their customers, but most just want the money. I do have experience with the rat poison so I do know what i’m talking about. You’d have to give me more information than that, it’s extremely vague. Do you have a link to a news article about it?
A comment about LSD; it, in itself cannot kill you. At the current market value if $15 a hit, you’d have to spend over 10 million dollars. That amount of LSD on the little sheds of paper it comes on, would equal out to around 40 tons of paper.
If you do something stupid and die while intoxicated on any substance, it’s for putting yourself in a dangerous situation by not planning ahead for your own safety.

If your dealer is insane enough to risk killing their clientèle and thus warrant a massive crackdown in their area on the product they make their living off of, you’d know not to buy **** from them because they’d be too crazy for you not to notice. If you buy it from them and risk your own life anyway, that’s not the drug. That’s your own mistake.

The LSD part was poorly worded, I apologize. I’m referring to the amount of LSD required for an overdose, and I didn’t mean it can’t kill you, I mean you can’t logically overdose. Sorry about that.

Yeah the dealer was quite stupid. So was the person that took it I suppose. But you never actually know what its been cut with do you?
When in high school they taught us the information I have shared. We watched videos and basically got it drilled into our heads how dangerous everything was. The local police came in and gave presentations. Its standard in the UK to do that to every student to try and cut down on our drug use and alcohol use in our teen population. It has had an effect but also the information they give can be mis-used by drug users on how to avoid those effects. I’m not sure on the whole as I smoked cannabis once in my youth and hated it, and have never done anyhting since. I’ve only just turned legal to drink but I still don’t do it. Nothing should take away from my studies. :)
I’m not saying its like that in every case, i’m just saying thats what happened to fellow students in our uni!
In the UK they have a programme where they drill the dangers of drug use into our brains from an early age. The idea is to stop teenage substance abuse. The information I have shared is similar to the info we were given.

That’s called brainwashing. Learn things for yourself, they’re giving you biased, disproportionate information. There’s a movie called “Grass” that gives the full history of pot, for example, and why it’s illegal in the US. Other than that, NORML.org has a lot of facts, studies, and evidence to learn about.
