Thats easy take the file from where it is located and drag & drop it into you local h:drive.

In source folder/drive:
CTRL+A, CTRL+C
In destination folder:
CTRL+V

I believe he is asking how to boot the game without the disk in. I know there are ways to do it but not sure how.
