Have you tried herbal sleeping pills??
They can be really effective, or go and see your doctor and tell them why you can’t sleep, they may be able to help you.

When did this start? Think about it. Do you really care if there is an earthquake? So what if all of civilization ends? Just sleep right through it.

Go to the docs, sounds like anxiety disorder. Thoughts at night flood you? Make your heart race. imagining things that haven’t happened yet or possibly wont happen?
It might be a chemical imbalance and your brain fires wrong. It is not letting cortisol, and serotonin release in a normal manner. It dumps at once and you feel adrenaline flood you. Impossible to sleep. See a doc and ask them. A Lot of people have this. Its very curable. Your not crazy, just out of sync.

if you think like that you arent going to sleep, so first you want to sort out this problem, so when did you first start thinking like this, then think about the chance of something like that happening, it isnt a very high chance, if this doesnt help, get sleeping pills, or get stuff to spray on your pillow or around your room to help you drift of, if THIS doesnt help then see a doctor, good luck :)
