On Hotmail, there must be a ‘contact us’ button. Look for it and try that.

Well there must be some way to contact then. What about FAQ? Have you tried looking on there? What about the ‘help’ button? There ususally is one.

I had a look on my hotmail account, and there is a little question mark on the far right. If you click on that, it brings up a FAQ. One of the questions there says:

Why don’t I receive mail from some of my contacts?

Can you see the blue question mark?
