Can I convert a PowerPoint (.ppt) file to an executable (.exe) ?

I have some files in .ppt and want to send to my friends, but they dont have the PowerPoint application in their PC’s. Is there a tool to convert .ppt to .exe?

They can always download the openoffice.org software.

try saving it as a Powerpoint Show, you dont need powerpoint for that i dont think…

Ask your friend to download a PowerPoint view so they can view your PowerPoint.
The PowerPoint viewer is free, the download link is: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/de…

You can also convert your PowerPoint to Video then send the video to your friends

Well, convert PowerPoint to exe file is really a good way for others view your presentations no matter PowerPoint program installed or not. Many tools are available for you. I use a href=”http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash.html#110″> b>PPT2Flash /b> /a> to help me, it can generate exe files with one click. Also, it could help me convert your PowerPoint to Flash movie easily. Such other similar like powerflashpoint aslo could help you.

I use vaysoft PPT to EXE Converter to convert PPT file to exe. It is very simple,quick and reliable. you can try it.
