My YouTube video’s audio is missing.

An accidental copyright claim was put on it and I was forced to mute the audio. Now the claim has been retracted and I was told the video would be restored but the audio is still missing. Why?

How did you mute the audio? I mean did you remove the file and uploaded another file to your YouTube account with a muted audio OR YouTube muted it automatically?

In the 1st case you may now upload the original file back and in case the latter is true, try emailing YouTube and reminding them about their commitment yet to be honoured.
