Avoid having grudges against people. Respect and honour your parents, because you’ll never know when they’ll be gone for good. Avoid stress factors, which are mostly if not all, caused by the social pressures that we all face. We should learn, not to eliminate these stress factors, as they are impossible to, but to mitigate them. Never release your anger which are mostly caused by stress on anyone, be it, friends or family members. Never let these stress factors come into the door of your home. And most importantly, trust in God with all your might and faith. The supreme being has the ability to cure whatever difficulty that you are going through. Just have Faith in Him. Lastly, eat lots of raw fruits and dark green leafy vegetables.
