Well,
using my “english”
semi-constructed is half
and criticism is describing flaws for the most part, and describing well-done things.
So, the answer is a bland review.

It’s not semi-constructed it’s “semi-construtive” Meaning that they did not just half criticized you but told you how to half fix your problem!
