Yes it can the mind can cause lots of health problems
OK, I can’t find any evidence saying that depression can cause nausea.
Go to your doctor and get it checked out, they can refer you to a clinical psychologist to get properly diagnosed if needs be.
There really isn’t one set thing I guess causeing it. Just something I can’t get out of. I’m like stuck with these feelings and now I feel like I’m gunna puke all the time. Kinda gross huh?
Do your eyes bug out a little and Is your appetite excessive?
Not gross, but this really isn’t the place to be for this kind of diagnosis. You need to go to see a doctor and talk to someone who knows a lot more than we do.
Depression Can make you feel Nausious, tired and give you bad headaches.
You could benifit from an antidepressant like flouxitine or from therepy.
You need to battle this within yourself.
You are strong and powerful, no one has more power in your life than you do, you need to experience all the emotions and all the beauty of this world, there is a lot to live for

The experience of all emotions have a physical component to them. Many negative feelings can cause nausea, and it is definitely common with anxiety and depression. To help your nausea decrease, you can try deep breathing and muscle relaxation exercises. They might not help right away, but if you try them every day, over time they can help your body learn to be more relaxed.
I would recommend talking to someone about how you’re feeling. There are a lot of ways to get help and support-from family, friends, and professionals. It takes a lot of courage to reach out to people when you need them. And, make sure to use your own judgment let anyone brush off your concerns or tell you to “snap out of it”. You know yourself the best-talk to a counselor or doctor if you think that is the best way to take care of yourself.
