I had a TAH on 9/22 then on 10/22 developed a abcess

and had to have my left ovary removed, I was opened back up in the same incision and glued back, now I am having a small infection about 1/4 inch in my insicion, my question is, can I wash it w/ hibiclens? and will it be helpful.
