Why are you depressed, something bad happen today?

You shouldn’t let one person tamper with your day. Maybe today was just alittle off.

i hate that feeling. the kind of feeling where you feel like doing anything is pointless. where you feel like your going no where (tell me if i’m in the right direction here).
well all i know is that feeling passes with a little time. you just wait it out and stay strong, theres always a better day a head

you must stay positive , i let my stupidity get the best of ne a few times when i only felt like doing nothing but in the long run friends helped me through the rough times and for that i am very thankfull , family were more confused at first and did not know what to say or do but there was so much out there to help get me past it myself but most of all i sought help and in time it helps the most , sad music is never the answer . i fond myself going to local comedy club and doing a little stand up to get me back to myself
