What would you DO?

blackballed from employment in your home town because you spoke up against crooked cop’s. and crooked employers stealing from their employees not the other way around, writing Governers, senators dept of jobs and family service, and no one will help, even stated crime was last option and no one wants anything to do with you? America turns it’s back on Americans, Why? Other have it much worse, but the also have no one, no tax payed political figure in Ohio, or American goverment gives a ****. America needs old school days when we helped our neighbors, not shoot them.

Where you working some ware before you spoke out and where subsequently fired?

If so you could file a lawsuit under the fact that you where a whistle blower who was retaliated against. If you are legitimate; you have a good chance of wining and you most certainly will be able to find a lawyer to take the case.

Other than that, there is nothing wrong with black balling someone. There is no law that states an employer needs to hire every person that applies for a job. If they don’t want to hire you, than that is something you will have to live with. Perhaps you should move out of your town; or find work out side of your town.

First of all, you have to prove they have blackballed you.
Next, if you can prove it, get a lawyer and find out what state law is against this type of action. For example: is it a right to work state, Is there a blackballing law,

Also talk to the lawyer maybe if there is nothing in the law, he/she can figure something out.

What state did you live in? Did you get fired for this? If so, what company did you work for?
