Year help: I have an email adress with MSN, ….@hotmail.co.uk - Help.com

I have an email adress with MSN, …

I made it about 3 years ago and so, being a typical 14 year old i used a nickname Knellie
How can i, using the same base address (hotmail.co.uk) make another email address.
If i go to the msn sign in screen, there is a button saying “sign up” i click it and it says a load like, windows toolbar, spaces, photo gallery, and i purely want another email account.
