I need a new job in Oklahoma City, but I have zero network.

I work on the legal/business side of large projects, but I’m not and engineer and I’m not a salesman. Any ideas?

Help me with: If you do not have access to the mains power supply, and the earthing in your house is not proper, is there anything you can do to prevent shocks ?
