Maybe get some TIGI anti-frizz serum. 5 minutes is not nearly enough time to straighten it, so your best bet is to run a little serum through your hair, scrunch and do a quick blow dry. Even if it’s not completely dry you’ll be fine. Spritz on a little hair spray and finish off with some shine spray. ( I recommend Head Rush by TIGI, it works great and wont weigh you down.) I personally hate using a mousse, serums seem to work best and i have really thick long wavy hair. Also, next time you get your hair cut you should have them thin it with a razor. Its amazing to see how much hair you have and don’t need. Also it will make doing your hair less of a chore! Hope this helps!=]
