hey, stuck, happened to see your post…can you plan something with friends to go out somewhere and stay busy? Don’t stay home by yourself and sulk - it will only make things worse - believe me, I know from personal experience! oh, and try treating yourself to something special, clothes, etc…and look at yourself and tell yourself that you are someone special because you are!…

Break ups are hard especailly trying to cut off the urges to call the other person. I’ve been there too. Stay busy and try to have some fun with the girls. You said money is tight but go to the mall try on goofy outfits or rent some movies to get your mind off him. Sooner or later things will change and he’ll realize what he’s lost!

tell him/her/them that you desperately need their help and company even if you don’t go anywhere to spend money - there are a lot of free things you can do…and then realize that time will be the great healer and that grieving is unfortunately a part of living sometimes - oh, and I have found that hard, vigorous exercise helps - not only does it get you mind off of him, it releases stuff into the brain that can lift your spirits…try it! you’re worth it!…
