I just recently broke off a 4 year relationship with my girlfriend because she said she just didnt love me like she used to.

The next day i found out she was flirting with another guy over the internet. They have never met personaly but i saw how they would both say i love you and what not… now there going out and i feel like crap

i just need somone to talk to or help me with some advice on what to do on this new situation cause i feel so horrible inside

Even if you do not get back together with her, you can make amends for that aspect of your relationship with her. Just give her a little gift and apology to clear the slate of what happened a bit.

Relationship Problems?
I just broke up with my girlfriend recently and we have been dating for 4 years. I broke off the relationship because she suddenly stoped loving me , the next day i found out that another guy is making her feel better and comforting her… so i confronted her about this and she tells me its just a friend. Now i know im in a deeper whole for spying on her or investigating on what she is doing… is there anyway to still win her heart back or did i just screw myself.

the reason why she stoped loving me is cause i was a jerk. ( i critizised her and would put her down and now i wish i could just take it all back)
