Have a got an eating problem,
The main question is have i got a eating problem ?
I dont think i have but theres something inside me telling me i do.
I would like to loose weight even though my BMI tells me im at a healthy weight of 21.3.
But this isnt enough i want to be skinnier.
I havent even for the whole of today or yesterday but im not hungary.
Has anyone got any diets or eating methords which helps you loose weight the healthy way ?
