reason help: Why has this happened… - Help.com

16:32Urine SaneHello there, My name is , I’m from down south in Christchurch. I am whats called a user of the website Help.com. it is a public forum for people to post problems, and ask for advice. however from time to time we get some visitors who just want to cause trouble, and tend to visit the chat room and make “spamming” posts. earlier today we had two such users, who -rather stupidly i might add- identified themselves as students at Waiheke High School. being from NZ myself I recognised the name and hence am contacting you. The time they were on was between 9am and 9.47am, and they advised they were in a computing class and were 17 and 18 years old. although they acted rather like 10 year olds. Unfortunately i cannot tell you their names directly, but i can provide you with links to their profiles on help.com, and you may be able to work it out for yourself. Normally i would not take the time to bother with this, however they were rude and abusive, obviously there to cause trouble and should have been in class concentrating. Might i suggest you put help.com on your blocked list- unfortunate as it is a help site for many who cannot talk about their issues in real life, however the ruckus trouble users such as these two cause is unnaceptable. here are the profile links: http://help.com/user/227446-caity-pie http://help.com/user/227444-xxxjessica (this user says her name is jess) i t would be most appreciated if you would have a chat with these students or take whatever action you deem necessary. reading through their posts which you can access from their profile pages it would seem both girls have some issues…….

Also, your reposting of Urine Sane’s reply that has all that private info is posting personal info, a potentially bannable offense…

He put it on chat infront of everyone!!! Before we got blocked..It doesn’t have any of his private info in it though…

Why do some people go out of there way to he horrible, annoying and rude? because they are not happy with there self! I am so with you I so with you I wish we could do something about this as people are sick I have had the same promblem as someone ends up putting there nose where it doesn’t belong people make assumptions about others that isn’t true and they take way to many things personal, its like personality before principles. I feel that with us being here we should be able to share what we like thanks for sharing XXXXXJessica
