How should I make this?

I’m going to a fancy-dress party this weekend and I’m going as Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
I have the whole outfit except the long, black cigarette holder!
Is there any way somebody could suggest to make something that looks like one?
Or something I could use and pretend is one?
