I am researching a paper that compares two social networking sites, facebook and Help.com, and I would really appreciate it if you could answer these few questions!
I have several posts like this, with a different set of questions for the same topic.
I need to get a diverse cross-section of Help.com users, so I am posting at different times.
1.What are some problems with Help.com?
How could they be improved?
2.What is the greatest strength of social networking sites?
The greatest weakness?
3.Do you use any other social networking sites? If so, how many and what are they?
4.What makes other social networking sites better or worse than Help.com?
