Everyone has their own way of relaxing. I have made a science of it myself because of how much anxiety I tend to have. I drink soup, hot tea, hot liquids that’s one way. Movies music and talking to people on help.com. What makes me worse is parties and groups of people, challenging activities and arguements or conflicts. i try to do more of column a, less of column b.

You could try yoga and meditation. These were prescribed to me by a doctor.
To meditate you just breath and think of nothing. Try it.

Try and write down all the things you worry about and then write down next to them why it’s silly that your worrying about it. that always seems to work for me :P

i feel like that often, but what really helps me is just going for a drive, anywhere and everywhere. occaionally i turn the radio down and look for a lonely country road and just drive down that road in complete silence.
it really helps me calm myself.
