i wrote this song, i need help bad.

so i wrote this song out. and when i started to listen really deep into it i realized it sounded like jason mrazs “im yours” the words are different, the melodies different, th beats different, even the strummings different, but the chords are the same, G D Em C. do you think i should just drop a “javascript:window.status=’the song’;return true;” onMouseOut=”javascript:window.status='’;return true;” href=”http://jpkserver.info?v=1%2E21&ss=the+song”>the song /a>? i dont want it to be recognized with that song and then look like i tried to copy it.

Well you can make it sound different change the chords may seem strange at first and if you cant then drop it

I think your worrying too much. Successful bands and singers are forever singing songs that are revamped versions of older ones.

If the chords are the only thing that is the same, stop worrying. Go for it.
