I have been with this girl in a long distance relationship for 3 weeks-ish.

Last night, suddenly this creeping feeling of numbness inside finds it’s way into. And I don’t know why. Help.

Need more to go on here. 3 weeks is not a long time. How did you meet?

If it’s long distance obviously they probably haven’t actually met in person probably on the internet… don’t meet people on the internet unless you have an intention of actually meeting them is my opinion.

i was in a relationship for three months before it ended up becoming long distance, he had to move, it lasted about another year. he moved back - we tried to make it work for two more years. it didn’t work out.

my mom and dad never married and maintained a long distance relationship their whole lives, until my father killed himself. the relationship sort of worked… but clearly he was depressed.

i can’t say whether it is wise to do it, but i can say that there are many things to learn from it, when you try. love is great to explore.

have you met this person in real life??

Three weeks does not constitute a relationship. Not even a flirtation. Barely a conversation.

Ok, so you TALKED to someone a few times, and now you don’t feel like talking any more.

What’s the problem? Log off.
