It wouldnt matter where he was born; as long as at least one of his parents is an american citizen. That is what makes a person a natural born citizen.

i didn’t read all the other replies b4 writing. And u don’t need a American parent to be an American citizen. If an illegal immigrant come to the US and had a baby then that baby would be an American citizen.

Where this even true it wouldn’t matter - so long as one of his parents is a US citizen than he is a natural-born citizen. Citizens are born abroad all the time, they are still natural-born citizens.
