hey guys,

I have had a headache all day today. I woke up this morning so I took an Ibuprofen. It still didn’t go away so I had a lot of fruit for breakfast, I also had a salad for lunch. I’m eating well and amking sure to drink a lot of water… It just doesn’t want to go away, it’s still lingering. What do you guys do when you have a headach you can’t seem to get rid of?

i find a quiet place and turn out all of the lights and cover my eyes so its completely dark. it helps me a lot.

take a nap if your in a place where you can. if not then i’ve found that meditating helps

I don’t find that I get any headache relief from iBruprofen either. Yet it’s great for things associated with swelling to an injury, as the iBruprofen is an inflamatory. I haven’t tried it for a migraine.

I get much better (and faster) effect from normal headache pills for headache.
