i’ve lost sight of any goals in life.

i’m depressed. i cant get up or out. i can’t see my purpose. i often want to die. i used to be so full of life. now i can’t see a future. help!

Well, what goals did you used to have? Maybe you were pressuring yourself too much in the past to try and accomplish things that maybe were a little out of your reach.
Try setting small goals for yourself.
“Today, I will walk 1 mile”
“This week I will clean my room”
“I will send an e-mail to an old friend tomorrow”

Things like that often help pick your spirits up a little. Confidence is great but can be hard to gain when you’re not out and at least making small wins for yourself :)
