Does any one a mental disorder in which the person,

is slow but needs special attention, not like mental retardation, something where people will discriminate, i’m doing a film and looking through all the mental disorders so if any one knows something like that it would help me out alot!

my nephew is autistic, hes not very slow, in fact he is very smart at the age of three. most autistic are very intelligent, just socially challenged.
