well, a good way to reduce the amount you smoke - well worked for me anyway.

well i went to sleep at 4am woke up at 1pm, then didn’t go 2 sleep that night and stayed up till 12pm the day after, the day i didn’t go 2 sleep i found myself not wanting a cigerate so i only smoked 4 and since then i have only smoked 4 (instead of 20 - 30 i use to )
i think it helped me as when your lkacking of sleep your brain concentrates on trying to get you to go to sleep or it helps you stay awake so it forgets about the cigerates.

it worked for me but not sure if it will work for you.
i also suggest you only try this way as a last resort for example no other products will work
also pspeak to yoru doctor about it just incase? i duno i just dnt wna b sued lolol
