What r some good foods/recopies that r good for u?
I’m gonna go on a diet and I need some recopies and foods that r more high in protein and less fat cause I’m dieting for mma. Looking to get a little bit bigger and lose a little bit of fat. I’m not fat right now and I exorcize all the time but my eating habits suck. I’m about 190 now and 6 feet tall. My goal is to gain muscle and lose fat obviously. Any good food recopies?
