Question about clothes :)

Ok, Im going out with my friends on Saturday and Im just planning my outfit atm.
My questions are:

1. Do dolly shoes go with normal jeans (as in NOT skinny-jeans)?
2. Will dark blue jeans jeans go with black dolly shoes?
3. What coloured top/jacket/cardigan will go with both of the above (dark blue jeans + black dolly shoes)?

This isn’t exactly urgent but I would love some advice :)
