Is spaghetti an ok ingredient to make chili?

I want to make chili but I don’t know if it would taste ok. I don’t want to go out and buy anything to put in it. I was thinking also some kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning. Maybe some spices and herbs. Any ideas?

the nice thing about chili is that you can add whatever you want to it, and give it a name…and people will eat it.

ok here make the Bean thing; kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning. not too much seasoning, taste and add.

then make the spagetti. by itself! ok cook spagetti in boiling water for 10minutes. drain it. add butter. add garlic powder. just a bit…

serve spagetti thing, next to bean thing

Even I the most open minded being that has ever existed, cant see this working. see the pasta will keep absorbing the liquid and the mess will be awful

Yeh okay. Hey why butter? i usually put a bit of oil in the water , which also prevents overflow.

:-)

why butter.. hmm… why look at the stars on a warm night.. why kiss the girl … I’m tryng to be poetic.

butter cause it tastes good.

if you don’t have any then thats ok, but pasta can “stand alone” with butter and a bit of seasoning (garlic powder and paramasean cheese…)

Well i look at the sky and i see darkness now and yet a few stars shine.

The thing I am not clued up on is the CUP and OZ measurments

I normally just estimate from experience that i have acrued when making Spaghetti meals… not many , maybe 10 in my life time.

Poor you, I think you should rest a while. I haven’t ever come across the cup of butter yet. When I do, you will be the first person I think of, to tell how it is all done.
Stinker of a question you thought of there.
