yes my certification test for massage and bodywork on the 21st of November. I’m fogetting alot of the stuff from school because I waited to long to register for the test.

Yes. They’re boring. But it does help if as your studying the places of the muscles and bones you look at your own leg. It always helps me to read and then realize where it is on me. For example, I was trying to memorize major tendons in the foot and it really helped me if I would read about what it does and the pinpoint it in my own foot and see what it controls. But yeah, anyway, learning about that stuff can be pretty bland. Get a coloring book! That’s what a lot of colleges actually hand out.
