Theres this girl i really like we have been friends

for 6 years we worked togetheter and i have always had a little thing for her but was married at the time and never would have cheated. I got divorced at the begining of this year my wife and i were married for 2 years and together before that for 4. But now the girl i like is with someone else and its kinda serious. i think she knows how i feel but i dont know for sure do i risk wrecking our friendship by just telling her or do i wait to see if the realationship shes in works or tell her how i feel?
