can someone help me construct an orthogonal array?

ok, well i dont really understand what to do. can someone just explain what is happening?

example: OA[8,4,2,2]
answer:
0 0 0 0
0 0 0 1
0 1 1 0
0 1 1 1
1 0 1 0
1 0 1 1
1 1 0 0
1 1 0 1

well i know how to get the first column: just the column of the following addition table, repeat four times

+ 0 1
0 0 1
1 1 0

but i don’t understand the rest. . . i don’t even know if my addition table is correct. . please help i have an exam on tuesday
