Need to know about Crochet.

I am trying to learn how to make a toddler hat and mittens for my Connor, but I cant find anything thats not in jibberish (Crochet language). I would like to make these for winter, which is rapidly aproching! Can anyone find me any easy hats and mittens for a little boy that I can make? Thanks guys! ;D

PS: I have made things before and they look really good, but… hats and mittens are a need and I need to make them quick! Being a mom… there is not enough hours in a week to make anything, thanks!

Ive been so tired… school is very hands on. I love my toolbox though! ;D Its cool! And I cant wait to start working on electical things in 2 more months!

But right now I am sick…. thats why also I need to do some crochet.

I know the youtube ones, Thats what got me into it in the first place. But I can only find one thing on hats for kids, and nothing on mittens…. it sucks. I still havent looked into the links… I apoligise. Yesterday was phycotic and Im going to school right now…. So I will look at them when I get back okay? :D
