If I replace my computer with a new one, will I still

have access to all my “favorites” available when I go on line without taking any other action.

No you won’t!

Depending on what browser you use though, you can export/import your favourites.

I suggest exporting your favourites and saving them on your desktop or another location which you will know where to find later, then e-mailing them to yourself as an attachment. Then when you get your new PC, you can open the e-mail, save them to your desktop/location, and import them into your new browser.

yes u can import ur favourites from ur old computer to new 1, this can be done when setting the new 1 up. Sometimes just easier to start a fresh

you have to take a back up and replace in the same folder again :) some browsers have wizard to export and import them like firefox
