Iam Musthafa Hussain presently running a small scale industry in structural steel fabrication, and i got some clients who are giving me the regular orders,Please advice me how to improve my small scale industry into a MNC.And the important points which i need to follow to improve my companym and is it needed to increase the manpower,equipments.
