You might have an outstanding installation to do with Windows which causes your computer to restart because it neeeds to prcess something or do something or, I don’t know. Other than that, I don’t know.

Hi. i had same problem with my pc……
It was working fine……but suddenly that problem which u wrote.
Then i just copied my important data to external drive….
After that i format all drives
C: window runing….. in my computer when i double click to open other drives like
D:
E:
F:
G:
H:
I:
J:
Computer blinks up to black screen and it restart when the desktop comes i get a message on screen the send error report dialog box….
When i go in detals of error. i see this error.
C:\docume~1\waqasa~1\locals~1\temp\wer5168.dir00\mini050309-01.dmp
C:\docume~1\waqasa~1\locals~1\temp\wer5168.dir00\sysdata.xml
If you have same message please copy your data to external drive and format all harddisk drives…..for windows exploror you can use alternative program ultraexplorer which is avaiable to download on net…..
You can see after formating drives. when u will open computer will not get restart….
But may u need to re-install the windows but
I recomended to you that you need to format all drives ( when ur ready ) in
Ms-dos on the boot. b4 u install windows….
Simplay go in booting system using a booting disk like win 98
Format all drives including even c: make sure u copy you doc. and pictures and other standard office files to external harddisk…..
Please dont copy any exe back of programs might it contains virus so u have to delete all such files like. windows media player 10.exe
Powerdvd, acdsee, so go on yahoo or msn….
You can download them lator but dont keep them on your hard….
Ookkkk….
After formating done.
C:
D:
E:
Or what every you have….
Then simpley intall windows xp from it cd……
B4 u install any thing else install anivirus latest updates…..
Scan all hardisk….may b you will see some files have virus on c:\winows or c:windows\system32….
Now u install ur motherboard drivers
Now go in my computer and double click any disk drive…. computer will not restart as it was first…….

This is a virus problem, get updated AVG antivirus and scan to get rid of the problem.
